inspired week 13.

"Do not be critics, you people, I beg you. I was a critic and I wish I could take it all back because it came from a smelly and ignorant place in me, and spoke with a voice that was all rage and envy. Do not dismiss a book until you have written one, and do not dismiss a movie until you have made one, and do not dismiss a person until you have met them. It is a ... load of work to be open-minded and generous and understanding and forgiving and accepting, but... that is what matters. What matters is saying yes."

- Dave Eggers

That is a fantastic quote and so, so true - something that I don't think you learn until you get older and start doing stuff subject to criticism...

Oh man. I want to eat right there!

For New Orleans...we ate dinner at the Marigny Brasserie. It was very, very good!
You have to go to Cafe Du Monde and get beignets and cafe au lait. So. very. yummy.

We were going to eat breakfast at the Magnolia Grill (famous) but the line was really long and we ran out of time. But, if you have the time...GO.
We ended up eating breakfast right across the street at La Madeleine. And that breakfast was delicious, so is the atmosphere.
We weren't there for very long so those are really the only places. But next to Magnolia grill there's a really cute little boutique. But I can't remember the name!
