best dressed.

Not that I'm one to judge -- I'm hardly fashion forward -- but I thought these five ladies' dresses from last night's Golden Globes were worth noting.

My personal favorite? Claire Danes, whose entire ensemble I whole-heartedly approved of. And she didn't make a fool of herself during her acceptance speech, which is more than I can say for some.

Also, now added to my list of movies to see: The King's Speech, The Social Network (which admittedly, I originally boycotted), and Winter's Bone.

(P.S. ~ Emma, bring back the red hair. I miss it.)

Claire was my favorite overall look as well, but gosh dang Scarlett just looked gorgeous!

And Winter's Bone has been on my "must see" list since I first heard of it pre-production. I'm watching for it at redbox.

I loved Claire Danes' dress - it perfectly epitomizes both the minimalist trend AND pantone color of the year :)

You MUST go see The King's Speech - I got to see it this weekend - such a quiet, yet masterful, film. The acting is superb!

I liked all these too! Very classy and Old Hollywood! I miss Emma's red hair too but I believe she's blond for the new Spiderman movie (I read that somewhere). I think they are starting another series (completely un-related to the Toby Maguire one) with Andrea Garfield (The Social Network, Never Let Me Go). She should definitely go back to red after filming if that's the case bc she looked a bit like a fake tanned Barbie, I gotta say!
