party inspiration: the decor.

Where do all good party ideas come from?

Aside from the obvious (Martha, of course), I typically find inspiration from two of my favorite bloggers: Melanie from You Are My Fave and Jordan from Oh Happy Day. In my opinion, these ladies practically wrote the book on DIY party-planning, so when Jordan recently posted about hosting a dinner party with a "sparkle" theme, I took note. Then, when I saw Melanie had posted about a gold-glittered party back in February (hello, my birth month!), I decided it was fate.

Sparkles I will have. (Which, if you even glanced at yesterday's post, should be pretty obvious by now.)
